Dorsay’s land holdings in the Markham Town Centre area provided an opportunity to develop a comprehensive plan for a high-quality mixed-use development. Building out in three defined phases, Dorsay along with our joint venture partner Tridel, successfully completed Circa Phases 1 and 2 in 2010.
