Dorsay’s land holdings in the Markham Town Centre area provided an opportunity to develop a comprehensive plan for a high-quality mixed-use development. Building out in three defined phases, Dorsay along with our joint venture partner Tridel, successfully completed Circa Phases 1 and 2 in 2010. Dorsay is currently undertaking the final phase of this already established community, Circa Phase 3, with a multifaceted vision comprising of residential, retail, and office components. A contoured linear park will provide publicly accessible green space for both the new and existing residents and patrons when complete.
